Stage 700 will present the musical Anything Goes at Bethlehem Central High School for four performances, Thursday, Apr. 3 through Sunday, Apr. 6.
Anything Goes is a romantic comedy musical set in the 1930s about a group of passengers on the S.S. American as it sails from New York to London. This hilarious shipboard romp by Cole Porter includes classic songs such as “I Get a Kick Out of You”, “Blow, Gabriel, Blow” and the title song “Anything Goes”. Anything Goes premiered on Broadway in 1934. The 2011 production starring Sutton Foster won the Tony for Best Revival of a musical. This classic comedy is filled with music, dance, and laughs that will leave you feeling delightful, delicious, and “de-lovely”.
