New phone threat deemed NOT credible according to police

An important message from Superintendent Jody Monroe…

On Monday night, Oct. 7, the Bethlehem Police Department received a bomb threat in a phone call that has been deemed NOT credible by the police department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The anonymous caller threatened to come to the high school with a bomb at 8 a.m. The authorities investigated the latest call overnight and have determined it to be part of the swatting investigation that began on Sept. 10. We are informing staff and families districtwide because we take all threats seriously and remain vigilant in our commitment to the safety of the entire school community.

Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,
Jody Monroe
Superintendent
