Dear Hamagrael families,
Arrival Shift
Beginning today, we will no longer be using the PE side door as an entrance for arrival (drop off kids). We are asking that all students use one point of entry at the front of the building. I will be standing near the bus loop to help direct students until they are used to the new process.
Letter from Ms. Monroe
Attached is the letter written from Ms. Monroe on May 25, 2022 in response to the senseless acts of violence in Texas this week. As a parent and educator, it’s been a difficult couple of days navigating all of the different emotions that have come up. Please know that your child’s safety is held at the utmost importance and our entire team here at Hamagrael are here for you or your child as you process all of this as well.

Juneteenth
As a part of our recognition of Juneteenth the PTA and Hamagrael have collaborated in creating a contest where students can submit a poem, picture, writing pieces, or other art work centered around why it is important to celebrate Juneteenth. Please check out the information below for more details!
All submissions are due by June 3, 2022. Prizes are now $20 certificates to I Love Books!

Science fair is next week!
Art Show
On Tuesday, June 7th we have our annual Hamagrael Art Show and Ice Cream Social from 5:30pm-7pm here at school. Each student will have a piece of work on display, there will be live music and, of course, delicious ice cream to eat while you view the artwork. Keep your eyes out for a sign up to help serve ice cream.
