Congratulations to the BC girls tennis team which has won the Section II Class AA championship for the fourth year in a row. The team will head to the NYS regional championship on Saturday, Oct. 26 where they will take on Fayetteville-Manlius High School.
The team secured the Section II title by defeating Saratoga 5-1 on Friday, Oct. 18. On Saturday, the BC team defeated Albany Academy in a sub-regional match with a score of 7-0. The team is currently 13-2.
A win over Fayetteville-Manlius on Oct. 26 would result in a trip to the NYSPHSAA State Championships held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, NY.
