Support BC students in Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics

Hello Bethlehem school community,

The Bethlehem Central Youth Activation Committee (YAC) will be taking part in a fundraising event for Special Olympics NY. The YAC is a student-run organization that works to build meaningful relationships between students with and without disabilities through unified sports and other activities. Currently, the high school has unified teams for all three seasons of athletics, Bocce (fall), bowling (winter) and basketball (spring) which the Special Olympics helps to sponsor.

On Saturday, November 23rd, the Bethlehem Central YAC, will participate in the Polar Plunge in Lake George. The group has set a goal to raise $1000 for Special Olympics NY.  If you are interested in participating or simply donating follow the link below. If you want to participate there will be a bus available. Look to have family and friends support you if you sign up.

3. Choose to join the team and raise money or choose a team member and donate under their name.
