Bethlehem Central School District faculty and staff officially began the 2024-25 school year on Tuesday as they settled into classrooms and buildings across the district ahead of the first day of school for students on Thursday, Sept. 5.
Opening day included an opening session hosted by Superintendent Jody Monroe, a welcome from Board of Education president Holly Dellenbaugh, the introduction of new staff, and recognition of staff members celebrating career milestones. The day also featured a barbeque at the high school. It is a tradition for administrators to grill all the food for faculty and staff to enjoy on the first day of the year.
