The students of the high school’s chapter of ALANA (African, Latinx, Asian, Native American & Allies) will host an Asian Food Festival on Friday, May 19 at 5:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.
The festival will feature dishes from both local businesses, students, and parents. If you are interested in bringing a dish, please fill out the attached form or email lcarr@bethlehemschools.org.

- Plum Blossom Chinese Restaurant, Troy
- Two Little Dumplings, Slingerlands
- PF Chang’s Asian & Chinese Restaurant
- Shalimar, Delmar
- Sunhee’s Farm & Kitchen, Troy NY (gift basket)
- Shogun of Delmar
- Tea House Asian Bistro
There is a suggested donation of $10 per person. Cash only, collected at the door. Proceeds will be donated to Asian Americans for Equality and will help fund future ALANA events.
Please note that if you are planning to attend, food is first come, first served. The start time is 5:30 p.m.
This is the 2nd Asian Food Fest event at BCHS. It is a continuation of the school’s celebration of AAPI (American Asian and Pacific Islands) culture and history. We look forward to seeing you there!
