Dear Hamagrael Families,
What an incredible week here at Hamagrael!! There is truly nothing more special than when the sun is shining, flowers are blooming and kids can be seen having a great time outside. The outdoor learning opportunities have been plentiful and we are excited that in the next few years we will have a new, outdoor learning pavilion that classes can access. A big thank you to the Hamagrael Gardening Committee for planting flowers and always making our campus look beautiful!
It’s also been amazing watching Girls on the Run practice over the last few months. They have a big race this week and we wish them all the best of luck! We have some exciting events coming up such as our fourth and fifth grade concert, art show, science fair and other happenings! Please check out the calendar below for more information

Juneteenth
As a part of our recognition of Juneteenth the PTA and Hamagrael have collaborated in creating a contest where students can submit a poem, picture, writing pieces, or other art work centered around why it is important to celebrate Juneteenth. Please check out the information below for more details!
All submissions are due by June 3, 2022. Prizes are now $20 certificates to I Love Books!

Art Show
On Tuesday, June 7th we have our annual Hamagrael Art Show and Ice Cream Social from 5:30pm-7pm here at school. Each student will have a piece of work on display, there will be live music and, of course, delicious ice cream to eat while you view the artwork. Keep your eyes out for a sign up to help serve ice cream.
