Teacher Requests

As we approach the time of year where class lists are starting to be formed for the 2022/2023 school year I would like to take a moment to address how class lists are formed each year. Each spring, we set out  to create class lists that reflect an even balance of social, emotional and academic needs. Our staff is extremely thoughtful in creating classes that will thrive as a classroom community and benefit from the varying characteristics our teachers provide. We also consider things like Individualized Education Plans, English Language Learners, and other factors in creating our class lists. 

 

As a parent, I want the best educational experience for my children and I know that you all want the same as well. As part of this process, I will not be taking specific teacher requests for next school year. However, if you feel that it is important to let me know what type of classroom environment your child would most benefit from next year feel free to reach out to me at any time. 

 

Science Fair

Science Fair is on June 1, 2022! We are still in need of a number of volunteers. Please consider being a judge for the competition or help setting up/breaking down. You can reach out to the PTA to sign up to help!
