The BCSD Green Team is excited to announce the 2025 Spring Recycle Fest on Saturday, April 26, at Elm Avenue Park! The event is co-sponsored by the town of Bethlehem, the Green Team, the Delmar Farmers Market, and Grassroot Givers.

Elm Avenue Park, 261 Elm Avenue, Delmar
The event is open to everyone in the area! (except document shredding, which is limited to Town of Bethlehem residents and BCSD taxpayers only)

What

• CLOTHING/TEXTILES: Clothing and other textiles for reuse and recycling
• PAPER: Document shredding/paper recycling (paper shredding is limited to Town of Bethlehem residents and BCSD taxpayers with ID only with a limit of three medium-sized boxes per household)
• BOOKS: Hardcover and paperback books for reuse and recycling
• BIKES: Bicycles and helmets for reuse by Wheels Up, Troy Bike Rescue
• MEDICATION: Expired or unwanted medication for safe disposal with Bethlehem Police Department

In addition to the Spring Recycle Fest, the Green Team will also co-sponsor a community-wide Giveaway Weekend from 12 noon on Friday, May 9 through 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 11. Share your unwanted goods to be reclaimed and used by your neighbors or other community members. Watch for more information coming soon!
