On Friday, June 1, members of all fifth-grade classes in BC participated in Survivor Day, a contest of both athleticism and academics, at the Bethlehem Town Park. The hours-long event encourages students to make new friends and interact with students from different classes by placing them on various color-coded teams vying for points at different stations.
Students ran an obstacle course, solved math riddles, worked on geometry and geography problems, and kicked soccer goals as part of the friendly competition.
