The Five-Year Capital Facilities Plan
In
June 2011, the Bethlehem Central School District developed a Five-Year
Capital Facilities Plan, as required by the New York State Education
Department (SED). This Five-Year Capital Facilities Plan was prepared by
Richard Peckham and Andrew Neubauer of CSArch
Architecture|Engineering|Construction Management in conjunction with
Gregg Nolte, Director of Facilities and Operations, Ron Shelmerdine,
Superintendant of Buildings & Grounds, and Bob Court, Assistant
Superintendant of Buildings & Grounds for the Bethlehem Central School
District.
The scope of projects planned for the period covered by this report
consists mainly of replacement of various
outdated systems and equipment.
